修复跳转首页及由首页跳转其他页时面包屑组件异常的问题 1. 当从**首页以外的页面跳转到首页**时，面包屑会显示出三个重复的首页字样：  刷新后则正常显示：  2. 当**从首页跳转其他页**时，面包屑组件只会展示最后一级：  刷新后则正常显示：  原因： 在做首页判断的时候，route 获取的是**跳转前**的路由对象，而不是跳转目标的路由对象。所以在首页向其他页跳转时，route 是首页的路由对象，此处 if 判断为 true，breadcrumbList 只保留了最后一个元素，导致跳转后的面包屑只有一级导航。将 if 中的 route 替换为跳转的目标路由对象即可。
