深入学习JQuery，利用其做出更漂亮大气的前端页面
JRating是JQuery的插件，功能是 五星评级插件。但从github上下载的是php服务端脚本写的，所以，我将其改为Javaweb服务端脚本的JRating。开始只是实现了初步的客户端提交数据到服务端，服务端接收数据，并返回数据到客户端。希望有更多人参与到这个项目，调试完善它。
