EyeCare 是一个保护视力的小软件，启动以后会在设定的时间提醒你休息，放松你的眼睛。

# 开发语言
- golang
- 请使用 1.22+ 版本进行编译。1.21 编译的 exe 会被 windows defender 误报为病毒。
  - 这是个已知的 issue，但是 fyne 官方不打算修复。详见 https://github.com/fyne-io/fyne/issues/1433
  - 如果你不能使用 golang 1.22+ 版本，可以参考 https://refusea.com/?p=1652
