基于Tess4J 实现图片文字识别。

需要将 Tess4J\lib\ win32-x86|win32-x86-64 \libtesseract3051.dll 放到 C:\Windows\System32 目录。 hsocr\win32-x86-64 也备份有。

识别率不高，不能满足场景需求。
