易语言websocket



#### 使用说明

1.  D-Websocket支持deflate和sock5，但是实际上没测试过
2.  tok2c是vc2017链接器编译的，所以需要安装vc2017运行库
3.  使用tok2c的时候请尽量不要使用易语言延时函数，也尽量不要在server的回调中写性能超差的代码，或者输出调试文本
因为会导致tok2c的调度器卡住会导致后面的accept出现大量的失败，尽可能使用原子操作，尽可能避免用锁
