对于Netty的使用:<br/>
 com/ws/server/formal使用的是4.1.24版本,对应使用的RUL:ws://192.168.1.168:8080/ws<br/>
 com/ws/server/simple使用的是4.0.20版本,对应使用的RUL:ws://192.168.1.168:8080<br/>
 这2个版本区别在于握手的处理,新版本需要客户端创建连接的uri为:/ws<br/>
